COGR's 75th Anniversary Celebration Dinner & Evening Presentation

Join COGR in celebrating our 75th anniversary Thursday evening on October 26.  We'll start the evening with a cocktail hour, followed by dinner and panel presentation of special guests.

Need to Confirm Your Registration?

Log in to the COGR Member Portal, and from your Dashboard, click on 'Events' and 'My Events Registration'.  If you are registered, you will see your registration reflected in 'Upcoming Events.'  If you believe you have registered but do not see your registration listed here, contact memberservices@cogr.edu. 

 

Hotel Information:

All sessions will be held in the Metropolitan Ballroom, 2nd Floor of the Washington Marriott in GeorgetownBook your room by 10/3 for special COGR pricing, which is $329/per night + tax.

 

Poll Everywhere:

We'll once again use Poll Everywhere for real-time audience participation and Q&A during the sessions.  While audience members will be able to participate through a browser on their laptops, for the smoothest experience we recommend that you download the app on your mobile device (IOS and Android compatible) before the meeting.

 

Meeting Start and Ending Times:

The meeting will begin Thursday, October 26 at approximately 9:30 a.m. and conclude Friday, October 27 at Noon.

 

Session Recordings:

Select sessions may be recorded, subject to speaker preference and session content.  If a session is recorded, attendees will have access to the recordings approximately one week after the meeting is over.  

 

COGR's Meeting Health and Safety Protocol:  

COGR looks forward to our next in-person meeting at the Washington Marriott on October 26-27, 2023. While as of August 2023 Washington D.C.'s COVID-19 community levels remain low, COVID-19 case levels are increasing in many areas of the U.S. COGR is committed to hosting this event in accordance with Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, DC Health Guidance, and Marriott Hotel Policy. COGR encourages attendees to practice safe measures to stop the spread of COVID-19 as detailed below. Cancelation requests for medical reasons will be accepted through Wednesday, October 25.  All other cancelations requests must be received by Friday, October 20.

 

COGR Meeting Cancelation Policy:  

Once the cancelation deadline has passed, requests for refunds of meeting registration fees or carry-over registrations to the next meeting cannot be granted, due to firm commitments required at the time by contract with our host hotel. Thank you for understanding.
