Federal Agency Updates with NSF, DOE, DoD, and NIH:

• Michelle Bulls, Director, Office of Policy for Extramural Research Administration (OPERA), NIH, will discuss the Common Forms Implementation and other topics of interest.
• Jeannette Singsen, Senior Advisor, Office of Research, Technology, and Economic Security, DOE, and Michael Cooke, Senior Technical Advisor, Office of Science, DOE, will provide updates on research security and other topics of interest.
• Jason Day, Research Policy Director, DoD, will present on DoD’s latest policy updates.
• Jason Bossie, Office of Budget, Finance, and Award Management, NSF, will provide an update on various topics from NSF, including a PAPPG status update & Supplement 1 (effective December 8, 2025), and other policy updates on the horizon.
