What is the health and safety protocol for this meeting?

Please refer to our website at www.cogr.edu/meetings for the latest version of COGR's Health and Safety Protocol & Guidelines document. All attendees must provide proof of vaccination (fully vaccinated as defined by the CDC) prior to attending the meeting via CrowdPass. Registered attendees will be provided the link to upload their vaccination record via CrowdPass's secure website in their ticket confirmation emails as well as in reminder emails from CrowdPass.

COGR will follow all CDC, local, and hotel policies and guidelines during the event, including masking protocol. In any event, COGR will provide masks and hand sanitizer throughout the meeting for your convenience.

Also new for this meeting, attendees will be able to pick the color of lanyard that most closely aligns with their level of social distancing comfort: Green = handshakes and high fives are OK, Yellow = Fist bumps only, still being cautious, Red= No contact, please social distance whenever possible, still being careful.

 

When will the final agenda with session descriptions and times be available?

Agendas are typically finalized a few weeks prior to the meeting and will be posted to www.cogr.edu/meetings. Please refer to our latest Update to the Membership to read about the various issues COGR is currently engaged in.

 

What is the cut-off date to book my hotel room?

To ensure you receive special COGR pricing, book your room here by May 17. You can also find this booking link on our website at www.cogr.edu/meetings. Any cancellations should be handled directly through the hotel.

 

When is the last day to cancel my registration and request a refund?

Generally, our last day to cancel a registration would be the Friday before the meeting. However, for this meeting, COGR is extending that cancellation date until June 8, 2022. Please contact memberservices@cogr.edu by June 8, 2022 to cancel your registration for a full refund. After this date, we can not provide a refund for canceled registrations.

 

Can I submit questions in advance of the sessions?

Yes, you can submit questions in advance of the sessions here. Attendees will also be able to ask questions during the live sessions and are encouraged to do so.

 

I'm a COGR  Invited Guest.  How do I register?

Invited guests will be sent an email with registration instructions.  If you need assistance, please contact memberservices@cogr.edu.

 

I'm a COGR  at-large Committee Member .  How do I register?

COGR at-large committee members (those not also serving on the COGR Board) will now register using the same link as the general membership and pay for their meeting registration.

 

Will there be a virtual option to attend this meeting?

This meeting is in-person only. We will have our next virtual meeting in February 2023.

 

Will the presentation slides be available?

As with previous meetings, we will post session slides after the meeting here.
