Registration:
Paying by AMEX? Contact memberservices@cogr.edu for a special registration link. Paying by check? Click here for a paper registration form. Please be sure to send a copy of the registration form to memberservices@cogr.edu with a copy of the check.
Attendees registering by May 9 through the COGR Portal will automatically receive $75 off of each registration.
- Early Bird Registration (through May 9): $475/person
- Standard Registration (after May 9): $550/person
Need to Confirm Your Registration?
Log in to the COGR Member Portal, and from your Dashboard, click on 'Events' and 'My Events Registration'. If you are registered, you will see your registration reflected in 'Upcoming Events.' If you believe you have registered but do not see your registration listed here, contact memberservices@cogr.edu.
Hotel Information:
Book your hotel room at the Washington Marriott in Georgetown as soon as possible, as space is limited. COGR special pricing is available through 5/13, subject to availability. Once the block is sold out, the hotel will continue to accept reservations at the normal rate, subject to availability. The COGR Hotel Block pricing is $339/night plus tax.
Poll Everywhere:
We'll once again use Poll Everywhere for real-time audience participation and Q&A during the sessions. While audience members will be able to participate through a browser on their laptops, for the smoothest experience we recommend that you download the app on your mobile device (IOS and Android compatible) before the meeting.
Meeting Start and Ending Times:
The meeting will begin Thursday, June 5 at approximately 9:30 a.m. and conclude Friday, June 6 at Noon.
Session Recordings:
Select sessions may be recorded, subject to speaker preference and session content. If a session is recorded, attendees will have access to the recordings approximately one week after the meeting is over.
COGR Meeting Cancelation Policy:
Once the cancelation deadline has passed, requests for refunds of meeting registration fees or carry-over registrations to the next meeting cannot be granted, due to firm commitments required at the time by contract with our host hotel. Thank you for understanding.
